"Pandora's Box"
(written by Kristin Hersh)

Perfect, perfect body
And a broken nose
A perfect body
And two black eyes
Oh don't remind me
I'm right, I'm right behind you
Inside that pandora's box was a can of worms
Your milk-fed shaved head,
You move like an insect
I'm right behind you, ooh
I'm right behind you, ooh
Unholy hotel
What a place to sleep
And that chemical smell
Boy I'm getting mine
Right there behind you
I'm right, I'm right behind you
Inside that pandora's box was a can of worms
Your milk-fed shaved head,
You move like an insect
I'm right behind you, ooh
I'm right behind you, ooh
Perfect, perfect angel
With a dirty mouth
A perfect angel
Boy I'm gonna fry
Right there behind you
I'm right, I'm right behind you
Inside that pandora's box was a can of worms
Your milk-fed shaved head,
You move like an insect
I'm right behind you, ooh
I'm right behind you, ooh
That ocean's not so deep
That water's not so dark
A far flung watermelon seed
I need you like you needed me

WORDS FROM KRISTIN:
"I wrote this in Seattle for the Muses to play at the San Francisco Gut Pageant. The chord progression in the chorus reminds me of Iggy Pop, but the verses sound like the Boston bands we used to play with in the '80's -- long and meandering with lots of bass noodling (one of my favorite things)."

Don't worry, dance in the road.
