- This is a compilation album featuring Throwing
Muses' untitled debut album (originally released in 1986), the Chains Changed EP (originally released in 1987),
the Doghouse Cassette (a demo released in 1985), and a handful of "bonus tracks": previously unreleased songs which were
written in 1983 and recorded in 1996. Disc II also contains the award-winning music video for "Fish."
- Bonus tracks were recorded at Stable Sound,
Portsmouth, RI.
- The drawing on the cover of the album was done
by Kristin's son, Ryder.
